We check the following items on an RV but this list is not all inclusive.
- Exterior, tires, wheels, bearings, suspension, frame, lights, engine and components, transmission and axle. In some cases we are not able to examine the engine very well but we will certainly try our best and request assistance from the dealer. We do not remove the wheels and tires for some RV inspections due to size and weights of them.
- We do not test drive the vehicles but will request that the dealer take us for a test drive.
- A RV inspection is much like a home inspection in the fact that we inspect the plumbing, structure, cabinets, electrical, appliances and optional entertainment systems. We inspect for wear and operation of all areas of the interior and report back to you any failed findings.
- RV's are jam packed with cabinets, storage, pull out and flip up beds, turn down tables and chairs, moving floors and walls. Each piece of a RV should be inspected before you spend a dime on what could be the biggest lemon you will ever purchase.
- We inspect critical items on all types of RV such as the pull outs, cargo storage spaces (both upper and lower), generator units, AC and Heating units, and we even examine the jacks and leveling support systems to ensure easy operation.
